These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Heart Rate & Pulse BPM mobile application (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
The App allows users to measure and view pulse-related data using the device camera.
You agree to use the App:
For personal and informational purposes only
In compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
In accordance with these Terms
You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
The App is not a medical device and is not intended for medical use.
The App:
Does not provide medical advice
Does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition
Should not be used as a substitute for professional medical consultation
All results are provided for informational purposes only.
If you have health-related concerns, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional.
All measurements and results:
Are processed locally on your device
Are not transmitted to external servers
Are not reviewed, stored, or accessed by us
We do not have access to your measurement data.
The App may offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Payments are processed through the app store provider
Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal details are displayed at the time of purchase
We do not process or store payment information
Subscription management and refunds are handled according to the policies of the app store where the purchase was made.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its content, design, and functionality, are owned by us.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal use only.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the App for commercial purposes
The App may rely on third-party services (such as app store payment systems).
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
These services do not have access to your measurement or camera data.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties regarding:
Accuracy of results
Availability or uninterrupted operation
Fitness for a particular purpose
Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from:
Use or inability to use the App
Reliance on results provided by the App
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without notice, if these Terms are violated.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will become effective upon being made available within the App or on the app store listing. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey.
