Pulse Edge is a rhythm game developed and published by Treige Melodier. This policy explains how Pulse Edge processes information when you use the application.
Pulse Edge stores gameplay information locally on your device, including:
Game settings and graphics preferences
Scores, grades, and gameplay progress
Downloaded song packs
Audio-analysis and rhythm-map data
Audio files that you choose to import
Audio imported from your device is analyzed locally. Pulse Edge does not upload your imported audio files to our servers.
You can remove locally stored information by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the application.
Pulse Edge uses Google Play Billing to process song-pack purchases.
When verifying a purchase, Pulse Edge processes the purchased product identifier, purchase status, and a Google Play purchase token. This information is sent securely to the Pulse Edge content service and Google Play solely to verify ownership, acknowledge the purchase, and authorize song downloads.
Pulse Edge does not permanently store Google Play purchase tokens. They are processed only for the time required to complete the verification request.
Pulse Edge does not receive or store your payment-card or bank-account details. Payment information is handled by Google Play according to Google’s own privacy policy.
Purchases remain associated with your Google Play account so purchased content can be restored after reinstalling the application.
Pulse Edge connects to online services to:
Retrieve the song-pack catalog
Stream song previews
Verify purchases
Download purchased songs and rhythm-map data
These services are hosted using Google Cloud and Google Drive. The hosting providers may process standard technical request information, such as IP address, request time, device or browser information, and requested resource, for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
Pulse Edge does not use advertising SDKs, behavioral tracking, or third-party analytics.
Information is shared only when necessary with:
Google Play, for purchase processing and verification
Google Cloud and Google Drive, for content delivery and service operation
Authorities where disclosure is required by applicable law
We do not sell personal information.
Downloaded songs, imported audio, scores, settings, and analysis data remain on your device until you remove them, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall the application.
Purchase records are retained by Google according to Google Play’s policies. Temporary service logs are normally deleted automatically within 90 days, unless longer retention is required by law or necessary to investigate abuse or security incidents.
Pulse Edge is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. The application does not include advertising, social networking, or user-to-user communication.
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect purchase verification and content-download requests. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
This policy may be updated when Pulse Edge’s functionality or legal obligations change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
