Pulp Picnic Club is an offline iPhone game. This policy explains how information is handled when you play.
The game does not ask you to create an account or provide your name, email address, location, contacts, photos or other personal details. It does not include advertising, tracking, third-party analytics, social integrations or in-app purchases. The game does not send gameplay information to a server operated for the game.
The game saves completed levels, stars, personal best scores, slice counts, earned picnic tokens, daily-gift dates and sound, touch-feedback and motion preferences in local app storage. This information supports progress, personal rankings, daily gifts and your chosen settings. Daily gifts use the device clock and calendar. The game does not need location access to calculate them.
These records stay in the app's storage on your device. They may be included in device backups managed by Apple according to your device settings. The game does not operate a separate cloud synchronization service.
The game does not collect data for advertising, build advertising profiles, sell personal information or track you across apps and websites. It does not request an advertising identifier or permission to track. Personal rankings show your own on-device results and are not a public leaderboard.
You can change sound, touch feedback and gentle motion in Settings. You can erase local progress, scores, tokens, gift history and preferences using Settings > Reset my picnic > Erase saved progress. Deleting the app removes its local app data, subject to device backup and restoration behavior controlled by Apple. Backups can be managed in your device and Apple account settings.
Privacy Policy and Terms of Use links open in your default browser. Those pages are hosted on Google Sites. Your browser, Google and your network provider may process connection information, such as an IP address, under their own policies. Their handling of website visits is separate from the game's offline storage.
If you choose to email support, your email address, message and any information you include will be used to respond to that request. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information. Support correspondence is kept only as reasonably necessary to handle the request and any applicable obligations. You may request deletion of support correspondence using the address below.
The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information in a support message, contact us so that it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
If the game's data practices change, this policy will be updated with a new effective date. Material changes will be reflected in the game or its store information as appropriate.
