Teresa Graziano

Teresa Graziano is an Associate Professor in Economic and Political Geography in the Department of Agriculture, Food and Environment of the University of Catania (Italy).

She was a visiting fellow/professor at the Royal Holloway University of London and the University of Barcelona. She has been Associate Research Director of the Fondation Maison Sciences de l’Hommes of Paris since 2021.

Her main research interests are focused on Urban Geography (gentrification; smart city), Digital Geography (impacts of ICTs in shaping new territorial imageries and spatial configuration) and Mobilities, with a recent focus on marginal/left-behind places.

She is the regional trustee of the Italian Geographical Society.
