Iuri Peri

Iuri Peri is an Associate Professor University of Catania (Department of Agriculture, Food and Environment), Catania, Italy.

He is specialized in evaluating agricultural and fisheries policies, rural development, food safety, and the competitiveness of quality agri-food enterprises with a focus on the Mediterranean region. The methodological approaches employed are mainly multi-criteria decision-aid approaches with the adoption of Cognitive Mapping techniques and the integrated use of operational research tools through participatory processes for building shared scenarios in local and territorial contexts and providing stakeholders with strategy identification and decision aid to policymakers.
