Donatella Privitera

Donatella Privitera is a Full professor of Geography at the University of Catania (Italy ) where she teaches Economic Geography with a focus on tourism, environmental changes, and urbanization processes at the Department of Educational Sciences.

Her research is primarily focused on Economic Geography, with particular attention to territorial enhancement from a tourism perspective with a focus on gastronomic tourism; food territorial systems; sustainability; and sustainable urban mobility.
