The mission of the PULP project is to advance understanding of how National Recovery and Resilience Plans (NRRPs) can effectively reduce spatial inequalities and promote equitable development by embedding place-sensitive approaches into policy design and implementation. Through comparative research and detailed analysis, PULP aims to provide evidence-based insights and actionable recommendations for policymakers to foster inclusive and resilient communities across diverse European regions.
