I have bought an online study course but I am told I need Puffin web browser to view the course. It appears I can install Puffin browser on my Android phone (Vodafone Smart Prime 7), but if I decide after completing the course to go back to normal Google Chrome browser, would Puffin easily uninstall? Will it cause any problem?

Actually no.... it's simply just another application, Android allows you to choose your default browser of choice, Puffin won't bug you up at all you can just launch it from home screen when you need it and it can be used as an alternative browser. Something like this should pop up. So in short, Puffin Browser will not bug you up a bit and you are good to go.

Puffin Browser also has the ability to compress the web pages it loads, saving your data. This function can be turned on and off. The compression system is only active on pages without videos and flash content. On average, I save about 70% of my data when using this browser

Puffin browser includes a gamepad for playing games (online), a virtual keyboard, a mouse, and many other functions. Whether you use them or not depends on what you do. However, they are nice to have.

A very fast and speedy browser for those who want quick loading pages. If you have security concerns, or need flash, its best not to main this browser. Still download this for daily everyday uses though.

puffin network problems i have problem when page is lagging but it recomnects and says send log (sometimes says send log) or playing flash games and gets massive lag network (wifi gets low, forcing wifi turn off and turn on again) because game designer developer adds many features and gets wifi slow PLS FIX EVERYONE!!!

Emmm.I am not sure what do you mean.

But if you mean that the puffin game designer deveopmer adds many features to make it slow, you can try to clear browser cache first. lf it isn't work, you can uninstall the latest Puffin and reinstall the old one back.

If you're saying that your game developer has added a lot of features that make it slow to open with Puffin, I'd recommend switching to a browser instead. Because Puffin didn't do a good job on speed, it could also be an incompatibility problem.

I am a game addictor too and i am using Private Browser now.The interface is simpler and it loads and opens very quickly. If you don't mind, you can try it.

The Puffin browser is supported on both desktop and mobile, and they have greater differences between each other than most browsers usually do. The desktop version requires a subscription of either $2 per month or $12 per year.

The browser still retains the same minimalist appearance and keeps most of its features out of the main interface by storing them in the settings menu. Puffin is the best browser for Android and is also available for iOS.

Puffin is a noticeably slow browser even at low loads and often struggles with loading images and video. The only browser slower than Puffin is Internet Explorer, and everything else races ahead by a long shot.

We recommend taking a look at our list of the most secure browsers to fully explore all of your options. Puffin took the number-one spot on this list, but if you still need more features or faster speed, there are plenty of close contenders worth considering as well.

What do you think of Puffin? Are the security benefits worth the price, or do you prefer other browsers that are free? How much do you trust Puffin with your security? Tell us what you think in the comment section below, and as always, thanks for reading.

Once upon a time, Flash games reigned as some of the best entertainment the internet had to offer. But then came the smartphone, which quickly overtook this genre with similar games that you could play no matter where you were. If you yearn for the good old days, though, you'll be happy to know that you can still use the Puffin browser to safely play old favorites and discover new gems.

Gaming aside, the Puffin browser has other great features such as enhanced security via encrypted connections and data savings options. We'll look at the install process and walk through toggling a couple settings to make sure everything works as intended.

Unless you do a side-by-side comparison between browsers, you won't be able to see major differences in speed. However, you can check data savings by tapping the cog icon after opening a new tab. While you're there, make sure to tap the "Data Savings" link, then choose "Always" if you'd like to get a slight increase in page-load times while using Wi-Fi. From there, tap "Advanced," then use the slider to adjust the quality of Flash playback.

Also if I told to leave a feedback EVEN if Puffin browser is stopped that's because behind any software there are humans who can change their mind at anytime, for example if a big amount of users start to complain so it will show that the demand is still high and will change their strategy.

What makes you think they haven't stopped supporting IOS? There should be other applications, I searched a little, but those about which I read them too are not already in AppStore! But there must be other applications, that's what it is, why should I communicate with puffin, they light wedge did not converge!

I wish to add it as add on or have as an option. Kind of on call.I really enjoy using Mozilla app but I also used puffin for quite some time. My alternative is to add privacy browser. Go to it. I like to have the whole bundle if that's possible. I don't know how the Puffin Developers will feel about it as to who is frontman you know. But it does support beta and windows now. Maybe a good thing.

Puffin is a remote browser. The websites you see on your desktop device are actually rendered from our cloud servers. If you are experiecing issues with connection or performance, go to the main menu > Reconnect to server. Your browsing session will be transferred to a different server.

Websites using the HTTPS connection need a security certificate, which secures and encrypts data going back and forth between the server and the web browser. Visiting websites whose security certificate is broken, expired, or missing may pose security risks to your corporate network.

There are a lot of browsers you can choose from when you need to browse the Internet from your smart devices, most leave a lot to be desired. While Google Chrome and others have also come out with mobile app versions if you wish to try something that is offbeat and is quite good, you should try the Puffin browser.

Puffin is currently only available for smartphone users and does not have any in-app-purchases, the browser provides fast browsing experience by diverting the workload of browsing from the devices itself to cloud servers. Since, the cloud servers pre-process and compress web pages, the results of the user's search on the browser appear faster than one can imagine.

Unlike most browsers, Puffin servers are heavily encrypted and therefore even safe to use on a public or non-secure Wi-Fi whereas with any other browser chances of getting hacked are increasing exponentially with time. The user when connects to the server, it is an exclusive session, and all data during this session gets immediately deleted when the user disconnects.

Puffin comes loaded with Adobe Flash, which operates "over the cloud" and enables you to play games, videos and run all things Flash related. For gamers Puffin browser is a perfect choice, since it comes with virtual trackpad and gamepad. Other common features like Incognito tab, flash control and full-screen view are also available. Puffin ends up using a lot of RAM to provide users with a fast loading speed. ff782bc1db
