1 Star Nitrox Diver
certified with ISO 24801-2, equivalent to:
- CMAS 1 Star Diver
- RSTC Open Water Diver.
Once you do the theory and practices in pool and sea and pass the evaluation,
you will sign the COURSE DECLARATION FORM
and your instructor will certify you with PTRD 1 Star Nitrox Diver,
which accredits you to:
To dive up to -30 mt without decompression without the need for supervision of a PTRD instructor or PTRD Dive Leader.
In places with conditions like where you’ve trained without additional training,
During the day,
Where vertical and direct surface ascent is possible,
With appropriate surface assistance (people who can assist divers)
Using air or Nitrox 32.
If you can’t successfully complete any of the training sections, check with your instructor for the options available, either the certification of a lower degree or the possibility to finish your course at another center.
PTRD, in compliance with the most restrictive legislation, requires participants of their courses the following prerequisites to start:
Medical Declaration or Medical certificate “suitable for diving”.
Photocopy of your valid ID card or passport.
Parental authorization for children under 18 years of age.
Minimum age 15 years or 10 years for Junior Open Water Diver (For younger ages we have Children Diving programs).
Fill in the student’s sheet and information about the risks.
