Riung District, located north of Bajawa, is famous for its beautiful coral. The coast and the area around the city of Riung has become a national conservation area, even given national park status and named Pulau Tujuh Belas (Seventeen Islands). This national park consists of more than 20 small and large islands. However, the local community calls it Riung Seventeen Islands, a name that is easy to remember because it refers to Indonesia’s Independence Day on August 17th.

Wae Rebo traditional village located on the south part of Ruteng, the capital of Manggarai Regency. This village is also known as a village above the clouds due to the location is hidden in the jungle with a distance of 5 km from Denge, a last village before trekking through the rainforest to reach this unique cone shaped houses. There are about 600 inhabitants live in this village and most of the are farmers. Tourism activities have helped them to preserve their heritage.

Mount Kelimutu (1600 mbl) is one of the famous national parks in Indonesia besides Komodo National park as its neighbour. There are three crated lakes on the peak of the mountain that make it a lifetime experience as visitor can easily access this area through Moni Village with a 30 minute walk from the parking lot.

Wolobobo is a viewpoint on the top of caldera located 15 km from city center of Bajawa. The main highlight here is to enjoy the sunset of Mount Inerie (2.245 mbl) and its surrounding area. Every visitors at any age can reach this place easily as the vehicle can reach to the peak of the viewpoint and then coninued with a small walk of 5 minutes to explore the area and you are already ahead of an amazing creature.

Mengeruda is natural Hot spring located on the north part of Bajawa city with a distance of 25 km and travel time 30 minutes by car. This incredible nature is situated in a lush green park that visitors can enjoy bathing in the hot water under the big banyan tree. Visitors can also try to bath in the small waterfall that has been naturally mixed with a warm river. Mengeruda is very popular in Flores that this place is highly wanted by many locals who spend here hours with families during weekend or on public holiday. Besides for bathing, you also will experience the local atmosphere here. 

"Lingko Lodok" or also popular with a name spider web rice field is unique land distribution in Manggaraian tribe, west part of Flores. This has been inherited by the ancestors of Manggarai known to distribute land towards the villagers in a community or village. The central point where the measurement for dividing land is made called "lodok" and the circle form of the huge paddy field is called "Lingko" and that's why it is called "lingko lodok". The famous spider web that you can experience during your tour in Flores is in Cancar, 15 km from Ruteng city or 30 minutes by car.
