Smart Matrix ("we", "our", or "us") has developed the TP-Express mobile application to facilitate the management and delivery of goods between users with specific roles, including Customers, Vendors, Drivers, and Receivers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when using the TP-Express app.
We only collect data necessary to operate the app’s features effectively:
Account Information: such as name, phone number, and role (Customer, Vendor, Driver, or Receiver).
Order Details: including shipment contents, sender/receiver information, and unique order numbers.
Barcode Scans: scanned order identifiers for delivery verification.
Location Data: real-time driver location during active deliveries (used only while the driver is working).
Notifications: to alert drivers of new orders.
We use the collected information to:
Facilitate and track delivery requests.
Enable communication between Customers, Drivers, and Receivers.
Verify successful delivery using order numbers or barcodes.
Notify Drivers of new orders in real-time.
Improve app performance and user experience.
We do not share your personal data with third parties. All data is processed solely to provide the delivery services within the app. Data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized parties within Smart Matrix as required.
Driver location is only tracked during active deliveries to ensure proper shipment tracking and routing. Location access can be disabled at any time in the device settings, but this may affect delivery functionality.
We take appropriate security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. All communications are secured over HTTPS.
TP-Express is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the app or via email.
