This Contacts app is licensed, not sold, to you. By installing or using the app, you agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, solely for personal and lawful purposes related to managing your contacts.
You must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app. All rights, title, and intellectual property in the app remain with the developer. The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The developer shall not be responsible for any data loss, unauthorized access, or damages arising from use of the app. You are responsible for ensuring that any contact information you store complies with applicable privacy laws. The developer reserves the right to update, change, or discontinue the app or this agreement at any time without prior notice.
12.After Call Popup Feature 📞
Some of our apps may include an After Call Popup feature. This feature activates after phone calls to provide quick options such as notes, reminders, or other in-app actions.
Data Collection & Usage:
The feature temporarily accesses call status and duration only to trigger the popup.
It does not access, collect, or store call logs, phone numbers, or contacts.
All data is processed locally on the device and is used only for enabling the feature.
Permissions Required:
The feature requires the "Read Phone State" permission.
Users can manage or revoke this permission anytime from device settings, which will disable the popup.
Data Retention:
All temporary call status data is deleted immediately after use.
No call-related data is stored or sent to our servers.
Third-Party Sharing:
We do not share any personal call data with third parties.
If analytics or ads are integrated, they only process anonymized and non-personal data.
User Control:
Users can also turn off the After Call Popup feature directly from the App Settings → After Call Settings section at any time.
Disabling this setting will completely stop the feature from running.
Security & Updates:
We handle all temporary data securely.
Any significant changes to this policy will be communicated.
Continued use of our apps implies acceptance of the updated terms.
13.Launcher Feature
Users can set the app as their default launcher only with their consent and can change it anytime from device settings.
The launcher may display installed apps, app search, and news content for user convenience.
Access to Installed Apps
Access to installed apps is used only to display, search, and launch apps. The app does not monitor, track, or collect usage data of other apps.
Declaration
We declare that the launcher functionality, including optional news content, does not collect, store, process, or share any personal or sensitive user data and complies with Google Play policies.
14.Package Monitor & Junk Scan
We monitor app installs and removals to keep your device clean and optimized. All data is processed locally on your device, and we do not collect, store, or share any personal information.
15.Battery Charging Status Feature
Our app may display a screen or notification when the device is connected to or disconnected from charging (plug in / unplug events). This feature is used only to provide battery-related information and user convenience features within the app.
The app does not collect, store, share, or transmit any personal data related to battery charging events. Battery status information is processed locally on the device only and is not used for tracking purposes.
