Registration

Five informations concerning your registration:

1. If you are offering a workshop, we are happy to announce that the workshop leaders from western countries will get a reduction of 120 Euro and workshop leaders from eastern and central countries will get a reduction of 80 Euro. This applies to only one leader per workshop.

2. Please Read the Conditions of Participation here.

3. Fill in the registration form below. 

4. You will receive an automatic confirmation in your E-mail account (please also check your SPAM box) . 

5. To make participation possible for all of you, we have provided different fee options with respect to level of training, membership, time of payment and country of origin.

*In exceptional cases the Organizing Committee might permit  payments to be done on site at the conference. However, early or spring bird registration still needs to be effectuated within the time frame provided.  The date of your registration will be binding.

Your registration will be confirmed via E-Mail. Please note that early and spring bird prices are bound to the above mentioned dates, which is registered in the registration form.

If maximum of participants is already reached you will be informed quickly. The rates differ also with respect to the country of origin*, membership of the Association, and 1st level students **. For the exact rates, see descriptions below.

*Participants from the following countries may participate in the Conference with reduced participation fee: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece, FYR Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovakia, Czech Republic. The participants from other countries that are not listed here and who would like to apply for this reduced fee should send an application to the Organizing Committee: office@psychodrama-for-europe.eu. The Organizing Committee retains the right to set a limit to the number of participants with reduced participation fee. 

** 1st level students of psychodrama will be asked to provide the name and contact information of their current training group trainer. In case of successful application, the fee amounts to 210,- € until the 31st of May and 230,- € thereafter.  In case of failure of proving the student status, the person will be asked to pay the regular registration fee. 

If space permits the last day for Online Registration: September 12th, 2025

Online registration for the Conference will be closed on the 12th of September, 2025. Should space allow, on-site registration will be available with a 30,- € additional on-site charge, unless beforehand agreed upon, as above mentioned. Please contact us, should you want to come without having registered.

You will receive a quick automatic confirmation (please also check your SPAM box) . At the conference you will receive a confirmation of  participation which includes a confirmation of payment.

If you did not receive the automatic confirmation (check your SPAM box), your email address in the registration was probably spelled wrong. Please register again. If it does not work the second time either, please write to us at office@psychodrama-for-europe.eu
