What is Psychic Healing?

What exactly is "psychic healing"? When people hear the word psychic they can think of a dozen different tricks. Pick a number between one and a million, can I guess your number? Or how about pick any card from a brand new deck of 52 and will I reveal you have the queen of hearts? I'm sorry but it doesn't quite work like that.

We have all heard that no other person on our great planet has the exact same finger print as we do. Our hearts are exactly the same. Consider that your heart has a voice that I can hear. A voice so rare and special that no other heart on the planet matches its tone or pitch or wavelength. This voice tells me all sorts of things about you. For example, how your body is feeling. What are you doing for exercise and eating habits. Sometimes it describes to me your memories. Yes, the good, the bad and the ugly. It even shares your desires and dreams. I ask it what is it holding onto that is harmful, burdening, limiting. If it could clear anything it wanted to what would it choose? I ask what does it need to accomplish that day to be happier and healthier and lighter?

Our session is 100% governed by YOU. What YOU need to release. What YOU need to heal.

We are taught by society to be strong. To march ever forward in pursuit of happiness. That you don't have to face what you don't like. Just turn the other shoulder and walk away. Our brains absorb all of this through media and social exposure. Be empathetic but don't make the same mistakes that friend did. I will never grow up to be like my father. I want so desperately to look and be that person that my own heritage doesn't matter anymore. It's endless! But the heart operates differently from the brain. The heart is your governing organ. It holds your feelings, memories and desires like a bank vault. Shut away and locked from the rest of humanity.

When you are hurt or scared or traumatized it is your heart that stores that moment forever. The brain can forget. It can move on. So here you have the brain (thought patterns) that have moved on and your poor heart is being ignored. It is being shut out. The heart has had no opportunity for closure. So this wounded heart aches. It hurts. It wants acknowledgement. It desires closure.

It manifests these emotions in different ways, dependent on the person. Some people have emotional disorders - anxiety, depression. For others I hear "I know something is off. Well...wrong. But I can't find what that it is.". Some still complain of body aches and pains that they can't figure the root of. Whatever you are going through, is it your heart trying to get you to listen? Maybe to recognize that something deep down inside is broke and needs to be fixed.

When your heart speaks, I listen.

What does it need to acknowledge, heal, unburden, realize? What will make it feel better so you can start feeling better. Using breathing and visualization we do exactly that in our session: acknowledge, heal, unburden, and realize. You leave feeling more whole. More aware of yourself. And most of all happier and healthier.
