Make it work for you - 3 sessions/week will be offered live on Zoom (10am Sunday, Wednesday, Friday) and recorded so YOUR yoga practices fits into YOUR schedule
Cost - Nothing except your time! We ask that you practice generosity by choosing how and how much to pay it forward.
The plan:
Commit to daily practice in January 2026
30 minute Live Zoom practices @ 10 am Sunday, Wednesday, Friday (or watch the video at the best time for your schedule)
Team of 3 yoga teachers to introduce 15 minute asana practice and explorations of the other 7 limbs of yoga (yamas & niyamas, pranayama, pratyhara, dharani, dhyana, & samadhi) so that you can create a flexible plan for your own practice
The prizes:
A free Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath @ Peaceful Soul Yoga Studio on Sunday, February 2nd for Yogis and Yoginis who accept this challenge And
Peaceful Spirit Yoga will generously hold a drawing for all who participate for a $50 gift card and a handmade in India Pashmina shawl!
Teachers and Teachings
These topics will be introduced in addition to asana practice:
Jo Waller will share information about the Yamas (disciplines) and Chakras
Rachel Raymond will teach about the Niyamas (positive practices) and pranayamas
Sally Sando plans to share some heart-centered meditation along with a little bit of mantra practice
