PSW Tax & Pay Tracker (“the App”) is designed as a personal tool for PSWs to track mileage, gas expenses, car maintenance, hours worked, supplies, training costs, and other work‑related information for tax and pay‑accuracy purposes. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your data.

1. No Data Collection

The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information.

All data you enter stays only on your device.

The App does not use:

• online accounts

• cloud servers

• analytics

• tracking tools

• advertising identifiers

• third‑party data processors

Your information never leaves your phone.

2. Local Device Storage

All entries you create (mileage logs, expenses, hours worked, receipts, etc.) are stored locally using your device’s internal storage.

The App does not send your data to:

• the developer

• employers

• third parties

• external databases

• remote servers

You have full control over your information.

3. Permissions

The App may request the following optional permission:

Storage / Photos

Used only for attaching receipt photos to your expense entries.

Photos are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded or shared.

No other permissions are required.

4. No Accounts or Login

The App does not require:

• an account

• email registration

• phone number

• social login

• employer login

You can use the App completely offline.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time by:

• deleting individual entries inside the App, or

• uninstalling the App (this removes all stored data permanently)

No external copies exist.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for adults performing PSW‑related work.

It is not designed for children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if new features are added.

Any changes will be reflected on the published Privacy Policy page.
