1. Make a folder on the root of your memory stick named 'seplugins' (It is usually created when installing CFW). This is where all plugin information and files go on the PSP.

2. Create 3 text files and name them: GAME, POPS, and VSH.

3. Move your plugin to the seplugins folder. It is suggested to keep the plugins in separate folders to keep it organized (or if the plugin has more than one file).

4. Open the text file of where your plugin will run (Example: cxmb custom themes will only use VSH).

5. Type the path to your plugin and add 0 or 1 at the end (to disable/enable it):

1. Add 660_plugins_on_661.prx to your seplugins folder.

2. Add the line to whatever text file you need it for (GAME, VSH, POPS).

3. You will have to rearrange your text file so it is listed like this:

Psp Seplugins Folder Download

Download File 🔥 https://urluso.com/2y0qFu 🔥

1. Create a new text file in /seplugins/ named gclite_filter.txt.

2. Each line will have a folder you wish to exclude from being listed.

3. Add an empty new line under the last line. Save your changes.

Thank you for that reminder about the workaround but I think I will just stick to adding the Oblivion OBSE plugins by hand. I install them via MO if they have any ini or docs with them and then delete the *.dll via the 'Filetree' tab and move the *.dll into the OBSEPlugins folder manually. That way the Data tab on the right side only shows plugins installed into "data" and doesn't highlight duplicates in red.

3) When I try to navigate to some sites hosted on IIS that points to a WebSphere application, why would I receive a 403 Access Denied error on the new IIS server, but not the old server? The folders that the web apps have access to are located on either the local machine (separate drive letter) and the WebSphere application server. All of the local folders on the new server have been configured the same way as on the old server, and all of the local users and groups are setup the same.

1) Some of the sites are returning a 403 Access Denied; The application pools are running as ApplicationPoolIdentity and all of the ApplicationPools (IIS APPPOOL\www.site_name.ourorg.domain) are added to the IUSR group. One peculiartity is when we are setting up the sePlugins virtual folder (for example) and choosing "Connect As...", we cannot use .\localadmin nor localadmin (both are admin users on the webserver). It tells us that the account name or password are incorrect. The old server is configured like this, though.

First, I had installed only the application server (Base installation) instead of the Network Deployment installation. This meant that there were more steps needed so that the application server to serve multiple applications to the web server. This was resolved by following the steps in this tech note. It involved setting up one plugin_root\bin\AppName and one plugin_root\config\AppName folder (and optionally in the log folder as well) on the web server for each WebSphere application; as well as modifying the configuration file (plugin_root\bin\plugin-cfg.loc and plugin_root\config\plugin-cfg.xml) for each specific app. Then, I needed to remove the ISAPI filter entry at the server level (in IIS Manager), and add the entry to the ISAPI filter for each site. I also needed to change the permissions on the Handlers Mappings in the sePlugins virtual folder to allow Read and Execute (one of the main reasons for the 403 errors).

The second issue was that I needed to add the ports that I was using for the test sites to the virtual hosts list using the Administrative Console, regenerating the plugins, and copying them to the web server (to the appropriate folders).

After getting everything up and running (and taking a snapshot of the server), I uninstalled everything and reinstalled WebSphere using the instructions listed in the resources section of my question, except I installed and configured it using the Network Deployment installation. This meant that I could have the ISAPI filter set at the server level in IIS manager, and have one folder to hold the iisWASPlugin file and associated loc, config, and log files. It turns out that I needed to set the permissions in the Handler Mappings for the sePlugins folder for each app to Read, Script, and Execute (having it just Script and Execute did not work for our setup), as well as making sure the ports were added to the Virtual Hosts list (therefore adding them to the config file).

3. If you don't have the "seplugins" folder create it in the root (outside all folders) of your memory stick it should be written in small letters not capital letters, if you have the folder written in capital like this "SEPLUGINS" change it to small otherwise it wouldn't work. Then copy the "lcscheatdevice.prx" into it and create a text document called "game" also in the "seplugins" folder if you haven't already, go back to the package and click the "game.txt" and copy this line from it ms0:/seplugins/lcscheatdevice.prx 1 and paste it to the "game" text document that you created.

For VCS the process is the same but there's an extra folder called "cheats" this is an additional cheats for your Cheat Device included in the package in the link provided, just copy it in the root (outside of all folders) of your memory stick.

I don't get it. I'm on 6.61 temporary CFW on my PSP 3004 09g and even when I put the LCS-BEST.TXT file in the 'cheats' folder I get an error message saying 'LoadUserCheats malloc error! 00000000' in the top left side of the game. Also the Liberty City Stories plugin flashes a lot and the .txt file is not loaded and says it's empty even though it's not. Also when I set my wanted level to anything above 0 stars it sets them in the game but it remains at 0 in the plugin menu. How to fix this? The Vice City Stories plugin works great, just the LCS one has the above mentioned issues. @Alexvc could you help me out here please? I also tried other .txt files for LCS but it doesn't load any that I've tried. The other thing I tried is to create a 'lcs' folder inside the 'cheats' one even though it says here that LCS cheats should be in the 'cheats' folder only.

Because you're in 6.61 some features are not working properly, so you must delete your existing "cheats" folder and replace it with a new one, redownload the VCS cheat device from the link on my post and recopy that cheats folder to the root (outside of all folders) of your memory stick, check your game.txt if it look like this:

Then copy the "cheats" folder and paste it to the root directory of your memory stick do not add any cheat text files or folders on it, but before that I advise you to delete your existing cheats folder first. And also try resetting your vsh menu your cheat device is flickering because you're using the highest firmware which some features are not supported but there's nothing to worry about that, my PSP is on firmware 6.61 PRO-C2.

I just posted this issue of some player to know why we having the "malloc user cheats" error then I found out that the cheat device would still work without the "cheats" folder that causes the error and you can also remove that if you're having problems with it....

Open your file manager and extract the package you've downloaded, go to the PSP>PLUGINS and create a new folder named "cheatdevice_remastered" then go back to the file that you've extracted and copy these files:

and paste them inside the "cheatdevice_remastered" folder that you've created, and finally copy the "CDR" folder and paste it inside the "PSP" folder and you're done! Now go to your PPSSPP Emulator and start your GTA LCS/VCS and press L1+Up to open the Cheat Device. be457b7860
