PSD Board of Trustees, new faculty inaugurated

Philippine School Doha held its yearly induction and oath-taking ceremony for its Board of Trustees (BOT), new faculty, and staff on September 26 at the Edgar V. Bondoc Gymnasium.
Dr. Lorina S. Villanueva, the Officer-in-Charge and Vice Principal of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Department, gave her welcoming remarks as she highlighted the importance of headship in her speech by stating,
“Our board of trustees practice selfless leadership. This is a leadership style that prioritizes the success and well-being of others over personal gain or recognition which is very rare in today’s fast paced working environment.”
In her inspirational message, Third Secretary and Vice Consul Monica Remsy S. Calangian, extended her gratitude to the school as she mentioned,
“Thank you for your willingness to serve not only the students of PSD but also supporting the quality of Filipino education. The quality of
Philippine Education that PSD strives to have. ”
The Board of Trustees ‘23 - ‘24 received their plaques of recognition, honoring their service over the past term. The Board of Trustees ‘24 - ‘25 delivered their acceptance speech, expressing their gratitude and commitment to the position. The vote of thanks was then delivered by Engr. Jefferson G. Vismonte, the vice principal of the Human Resources department.
