SSRI's

SSRI's are selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors, antidepressants that increase the level of serotonin in the brain. They may be less tolerated in children than in adults, and may work no differently than placebos in terms of treatment. They show little to no effect in treating repetitive behaviors.
