Psychotropic Drugs

Risperadone and Aripiprazole are used to treat irritability and aggression in people with ASD; most of these drugs are off-label. 50-80% of individuals with ASD are prescribed psychotropic drugs. The most common class of these drugs prescribed are neuroleptics and antidepressants.
