MARCH 2019 Newsletter

Spring is approaching and learning is in full swing at P.S. 152. As you know, this is the time of year that students make the most academic and social learning improvements. As the warm weather quickly arrives, we must continue to help our children remain focused. In order to fully achieve this, we need your assistance. Please make attendance your number one priority. Talk about school, activities and projects with your child and make an effort to attend as many school events as you can.

Dear P.S. 152 Families,

Here we are already in December. It is remarkable how quickly our school days and months pass. It is such a pleasure to partner with you in educating your children. Thank you for attending our Parent/Teacher Conferences. Our goal is always to meet with all of our parents. However, if you were unable to attend and have not had the opportunity to meet with your child's teacher, please call to set up an appointment.

September October Newsletter.docx

October 2018 newsletter

Happy October! It was wonderful to see so many families at our Meet the Staff Night!

The school year is off to a great start. It is hard to believe that we are seven weeks into the school year already! Our teachers and students are back into their routines of teaching and learning. Students were taught school wide expectations and began building their classroom communities. Currently, we are working hard to complete beginning of the year Reading and Math assessments in order to differentiate and tailor instruction to whole, small group, as well as individual students. We are also happy to announce the opening of another Kindergarten class at our Annex.

Please mark your calendars, Parent/Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, November 15, 2018. We are looking forward to your participation. Additionally, please be sure to visit our new school website
