• Device When you download and use our Application, we automatically collect information about the type of device you downloaded the Application on and your device identifiers. • Analytics We use a third-party analytics tool, Firebase, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. The information Firebase collects includes how often users visit our Service, the pages they visit when they do, and other pages they used before coming to our Service. We only use the information obtained from Firebase to improve our Service.

• Log Files During the use of the Application, in the event of an error, data and information are collected on your phone through third-party products, which is called log data. This log data may include your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, device name, operating system version, application configuration when using the Application, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistical information.

Application Permission Requirements

To enable certain features, the Application requires the following permissions on your device:

• Internet access permission: Allows the app to access the internet for downloading content, getting updates, displaying ads, or for online features.

• Network state access permission: Used to detect network connectivity status to ensure the app can access online content when a network is available and to prompt the user when the network is unavailable.

• Manage all files permission: Required for storing and backing up files. Allows the app to access and manage files on devices with Android 11 and above, used to save, read, or delete user-generated files (e.g., images, documents, etc.). The use of the application is limited to file management and will not harm or modify any local media storage content.

• Read external storage permission: Allows the app to read files from external storage on devices with Android 10 and below, used to access a user's images, documents, or other content for display or processing within the app.

• Write external storage permission: Allows the app to write to external storage on devices with Android 10 and below, used to save user-generated files or cache data.

• All files access permission: Our Application serves as a document management tool. To meet users' document search, preview, and editing requirements, all files access permission is required.

Data Use

In the aforementioned situations, we guarantee that your information is only used to contact you and improve our services. We will never use such information (e.g., your name and email address) for any other purpose, such as further marketing our products. We will never disclose your personal information to third parties for commercial gain, and we assure you that we do not share any collected data with Google, and Google will seek prior user consent before any such collection.()

3. Data Security and Storage

We do not require account registration, so we do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) from users when the Application is downloaded or used. You have full control over this locally stored data. It can be permanently deleted by clearing the application data or uninstalling the application. We do not use this data for behavioral tracking, analytics, or targeted advertising.

For AI-driven full-document features (e.g., rewriting, summarizing, file comparison), files may be temporarily uploaded to our service providers' servers to facilitate processing. These files:

• are processed using strict access controls and encryption protocols;

• are automatically deleted after 30 days;

• do not allow for manual deletion by the user;

• are never used to train models or shared with third parties.

Local interaction history may be retained. Users can manage this history by accessing the conversation history page in the top right corner of the AI interface. From there, multiple records can be manually selected and deleted.

We have implemented a combination of organizational and technical measures to prevent unauthorized access, including secure transmission protocols, access controls, data isolation, and regular internal audits. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we continuously monitor and strengthen our safeguards to maintain a high level of data integrity, confidentiality, and availability.
