Quail Ridge Branch Assignment | Each ward is encouraged to bring 4 men and 4 women. The ward starts at 10 am, but people should show up at the very least 10 to 15 minutes early in order to get organized for the sacrament (especially the brethren). It’s encouraged to show up even earlier than that though, to mingle with the residents there, so showing up at 9:30/40 am is ideal. Once the sacrament meeting starts the brethren will help administer the sacrament. As soon as that is done, everyone will leave the meeting, both brothers and sisters, and there will be a brother from the Quail Ridge branch that will organize everyone into groups to go and bring the sacrament to those that couldn’t make it to the sacrament meeting itself. It typically lasts until about 11 am. At times they will ask a couple people to stay afterward to help with the sacrament in their memory care unit as well, but this isn’t always the case.
