I did not plan to write an editor's note for this issue. In fact, I (we) never planned to write an editor's note for any issue. Nonetheless, I must extend thanks to all who have supported us since the beginning of our little journal. It has been a fun ride, though I admit that Issue 02 was more challenging than anticipated, especially due to Typhoon Odette's grave impact on the Philippines. Still, ISSUE 02: ASIA has come into existence, and it could not have been possible without our brilliant contributors and the lovely Twitter community. Your care means the world to us.

This issue does not represent every part of Asia. While we have done our best to showcase varying stories and perspectives, we do not claim to present a comprehensive overview of such a vast continent. Even so, we are proud to highlight a few stories about Asia (and mostly by Asians too). Please enjoy this issue, but also continue to read about Asia and especially uplift Asian voices around the world--today, tomorrow, and always.
