Sending your offering for saving lives
Follow the step-by-step guide:
1) Access the form
2) Fill out the form
State your email, date and amount of the bank deposit and a dedication (optional) that will be read during the ceremony.
The bank transfer details are included on the form itself. You can offer any amount you wish.
3) Attach the bank receipt
For easier identification, we ask that the name of the attached file be the same as your email address. For example, if your email is xpto@gmail.com, the file name should be xpto.jpg
