• Public Profile Information: Only text from visible profile cards on LinkedIn Sales Navigator search results (name, title, company, location, profile URL). No private data accessed.

• Usage Settings: Your preferences for the extension (e.g., theme, auto-capture settings).

3. How We Use Your Data

• Display & Organization: To show captured leads in the extension's side panel.

• Export: To allow you to download your selected data as CSV or JSON files.

• Duplicate Detection: To prevent capturing the same profile twice during a session.

4. Permissions Usage

To function correctly, this extension requires the following permissions. We use these strictly for the stated purposes:

• storage: Used to save your captured leads and settings locally on your device.

• activeTab: Required to access the current LinkedIn Sales Navigator page to identify and capture profile data when you click the extension.

• sidePanel: Used to display the user interface alongside the LinkedIn page for a seamless experience.

• downloads: Required solely to allow you to export your captured data as CSV or JSON files to your computer.

• Host Permission (https://www.linkedin.com/sales/*): Necessary to interact with LinkedIn Sales Navigator pages to perform the core lead capture functionality.

5. Data Storage

• Local Storage: All captured lead data and settings are stored locally in your browser using the Chrome Storage API (chrome.storage.local).

• No Remote Servers: We do not own, operate, or rent any servers to store your personal data. Your data never leaves your browser environment unless you choose to export it.

6. Third-Party Services

• LinkedIn: This extension interacts with LinkedIn Sales Navigator to function. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.

• Google Chrome: The extension runs within the Google Chrome browser and adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy.

7. User Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Access: You can view all captured data in the "Export" tab.

• Export: You can download your data at any time.

• Delete: You can clear all stored data using the "Clear All" button in the extension settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this policy.
