FAQ

How do I enable the ProPrompt keyboard?

Go to Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard, then select ProPrompt. We recommend also enabling Full Access so you can use all features.

Why does ProPrompt need Full Access?

Full Access lets the keyboard access your saved prompts from the same local storage as the main app. ProPrompt does not collect or transmit your keystrokes — Full Access is used only to share prompt data locally between the app and keyboard.

What's the difference between free and Pro?

Free accounts can insert up to 10 prompts per day from the keyboard. ProPrompt Pro removes that limit entirely.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Open the ProPrompt app and tap the "Go Pro" banner, or visit Settings within the app. You can subscribe monthly, subscribe annually, or make a one-time purchase for lifetime access.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Open the ProPrompt app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases."

ProPrompt Keyboard ("the app") is built to respect your privacy.

Here is what you need to know.

DATA WE COLLECT

We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external

servers. All prompts you create are stored locally on your device.

Your prompts never leave your device unless you back up your device

to iCloud, in which case Apple's iCloud Privacy Policy applies.

KEYBOARD EXTENSION

ProPrompt includes a custom iOS keyboard extension. The keyboard

reads your saved prompts from the same local on-device storage as

the main app. It does not log, transmit, or record any keystrokes

or text you type in other apps.

IN-APP PURCHASES

Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store.

We do not collect or store any payment information. Apple's Privacy

Policy applies to all transactions.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

ProPrompt does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or

tracking SDKs.

DATA RETENTION

Your prompts are stored on your device for as long as the app is

installed. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data.

YOUR RIGHTS

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to

access, correct, delete, or export your personal data at any time.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can exercise

these rights directly by editing or deleting prompts within the app,

or by uninstalling the app entirely. For any questions, contact us

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

ProPrompt is not directed at children under 13 and does not

knowingly collect data from them.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the
