Triple Sheeting Method
Watch this video for PropertySUPERS' preferred way of dressing beds. It has become a 5-star industry standard for efficient, sanitary turnover. But before adding sheets the mattress, box springs, and pillows should have zippered protectors to guard against body fluids, dust mites, allergens, and bed bugs. PropertySUPERS also recommends all white percale poly/cotton sheeting for durability and for hygienic reliability. Sheets can be washed in hot water, and bleached when needed. ~ A local professional linen service is used to sanitize all linens.
TIP: Use king size pillowcases for standard pillows so that the pillowcase ends can be neatly tucked.
PropertySUPERS requires triple sheeting or fresh duvet covers for all partner STR homes. Two sets of matching sheets with an additional two top sheets is required, with a blanket and/or alternative down comforter for each bed.
