This Privacy Policy describes how the "Търсач на имоти" (Property Finder) Chrome extension ("the Extension") collects, uses, and protects your information. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.
When you first use the Extension, an anonymous device identifier is generated from general browser characteristics. This identifier is cryptographically hashed, making it irreversible and anonymous. We never store the raw characteristics — only the resulting anonymous hash.
Purpose: This identifier is used solely to manage your free trial usage count and subscription status. It is not linked to your name, email, or any personally identifiable information.
We track the number of reverse image searches you perform using the Extension.
Purpose: This is used solely to enforce the free trial limit (10 searches) and to determine whether your trial has expired.
If you choose to subscribe, you will be redirected to Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to complete the transaction. We store only the Stripe customer ID and subscription status on our server. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, billing address, or any other payment details. All payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe.
Purpose: To manage your subscription status and provide you with uninterrupted access to the Extension's features.
We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal contact information.
We do not collect or store any images from the websites you visit.
We do not collect your browsing history or track which websites you visit.
We do not read, store, or transmit the content of any web pages you visit.
We do not collect or store your credit card or payment details.
We do not use cookies or any tracking technologies for advertising purposes.
When activated, the Extension scans the current web page for large images that appear to be property photos. This scanning happens entirely locally in your browser.
When you click "Search offers" on an image, the Extension performs a reverse image search using the image's publicly available URL. The search is conducted through a background browser tab that is automatically closed after results are extracted.
Search results (titles, URLs, and text snippets) are displayed within the Extension's side panel. No search data is stored or transmitted to our servers.
Local storage: Your on/off preference and trial usage count are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's built-in storage API.
Server storage: Your anonymous device fingerprint, trial usage count, and subscription status are stored on our server hosted on Railway. No personally identifiable information is stored on the server.
The Extension interacts with the following third-party services:
Google Search: Used to perform reverse image searches when you click "Search offers." The image URL is sent to Google as part of the search query. Google's Privacy Policy applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Stripe: Used to process subscription payments. Stripe's Privacy Policy applies: https://stripe.com/privacy
We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to any other third parties.
All device identifiers are cryptographically hashed before storage, making them anonymous and irreversible.
All communication between the Extension and our server is encrypted using HTTPS.
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant.
Your anonymous device identifier and usage data are retained on our server for as long as your account exists.
If you uninstall the Extension, your locally stored data is automatically deleted by Chrome.

The Extension is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
You have the right to:
Access the data we hold about you.
Request deletion of your data from our servers.
Uninstall the Extension at any time, which removes all locally stored data.
