Seven Twelve ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our") built ProofSnap as a free application. This page informs users ("you") of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for anyone who uses this app.
ProofSnap is designed with privacy at its core. All photos you take and PDF reports you generate are stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your photos, documents, or personal data on any external server.
The app does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use it.
ProofSnap requires access to your device's camera to capture photos for documentation purposes. Photos are taken through your device's native camera application and stored only on your device. Camera access is used solely for the purpose of capturing documentation photos within the app. No images are uploaded or shared with us or any third party.
The app may request access to your device's storage to save generated PDF reports. These files remain entirely on your device and are only shared when you explicitly choose to do so through your device's share functionality.
The app currently does not use any third-party services that collect information. Should this change in a future update — for example, through the integration of advertising or analytics services — this privacy policy will be updated accordingly, and users will be notified.
ProofSnap does not currently display advertisements. If advertising is introduced in a future version, this policy will be updated to reflect the data practices of the advertising provider(s) used. Any such update will occur before ads are served.
ProofSnap does not currently offer in-app purchases. If in-app purchases are introduced in a future version, payment processing will be handled entirely by the Google Play Store. We will not collect or have access to your payment information.
Since all data remains on your device, you have full control over it. Uninstalling the app or manually deleting photos and reports from your device will permanently remove all data associated with ProofSnap.
ProofSnap does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The app does not require any personal information to function. If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Because ProofSnap stores all data locally on your device and does not transmit data externally, the security of your information is governed by the security measures on your own device. We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date and using screen lock protection.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
