Prompt Library – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Prompt Library. By accessing or using Prompt Library ("Platform", "Service", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Prompt Library, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies published by the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

• Keep your login credentials secure.

• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload copyrighted content without authorization.

• Upload stolen prompts or intellectual property.

• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.

• Upload illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content.

• Upload content promoting violence, terrorism, or criminal activity.

• Upload child sexual abuse material or exploitative content.

• Upload hateful, abusive, or discriminatory content.

• Spam, impersonate another person, or create fake accounts.

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform.

• Circumvent security features or access unauthorized areas of the Platform.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

5. User-Generated Content & Copyright

Prompt Library acts solely as an intermediary platform that enables creators to publish prompts and related content for users to discover and access.

We do not create, edit, verify, endorse, or guarantee the legality, originality, ownership, quality, safety, or accuracy of user-generated content.

Creators are solely responsible for ensuring that their uploaded content:

• Does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.

• Does not violate any applicable laws.

• Does not violate the rights of any third party.

The user who uploads content bears full legal responsibility for that content.

Prompt Library is not responsible for user-generated content except as required by applicable law.

6. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that content available on Prompt Library infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, you may submit a complaint containing:

• Your full name.

• Your contact information.

• Description of the copyrighted work.

• Link to the allegedly infringing content.

• A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized.

• A statement that the information provided is accurate.

• Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receiving a valid complaint, we may investigate and remove or restrict access to the reported content.

Users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights may have their accounts permanently terminated.

7. License Granted to Prompt Library

By uploading content to the Platform, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to upload it.

You grant Prompt Library a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, cache, and make your content available solely for operating, maintaining, improving, promoting, and providing the Platform.

You retain ownership of your original content.

8. Content Moderation

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to:

• Remove any content.

• Restrict access to content.

• Edit platform metadata.

• Suspend creators.

• Permanently terminate accounts.

These actions may be taken with or without prior notice if content violates these Terms, applicable law, or creates legal, security, or operational risks.

9. AI Content Disclaimer

Prompt Library allows users to share prompts intended for use with AI systems.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, originality, safety, quality, or suitability of prompts or AI-generated outputs.

AI-generated text, code, images, audio, video, or other outputs may contain errors, copyrighted material, offensive content, or inaccurate information.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated results before relying on or using them.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform may use or integrate third-party services, including but not limited to authentication providers, analytics providers, payment services, cloud hosting, AI providers, and application stores.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, security, privacy practices, or performance of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Analytics

We may use analytics tools, including Microsoft Clarity, to better understand how users interact with the Platform.

Analytics may collect information such as:

• Session recordings

• Mouse clicks

• Scroll activity

• Device information

• Browser information

• General usage patterns

This information is used solely to improve the Platform and user experience.

12. Intellectual Property

Except for user-generated content, all Platform software, branding, logos, graphics, text, design, source code, databases, trademarks, and other intellectual property belong to Prompt Library or its licensors.

No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

13. Disclaimer

The Platform and all content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt Library disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prompt Library, its owners, developers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from:

• Your use of the Platform.

• User-generated content.

• AI-generated outputs.

• Third-party services.

• Data loss.

• Business interruption.

• Loss of profits.

Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prompt Library, its owners, developers, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, legal fees, costs, or expenses arising out of:

• Your uploaded content.

• Your violation of these Terms.

• Your infringement of any intellectual property rights.

• Your misuse of the Platform.

• Any legal claims brought by third parties resulting from your actions.

16. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion if you:

• Violate these Terms.

• Upload unlawful or infringing content.

• Abuse the Platform.

• Attempt to compromise security.

• Engage in fraudulent activity.

• Harm other users or the Platform.

17. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any feature of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or continuous availability of the Service.

18. Security

Although we implement reasonable security measures, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Users acknowledge the inherent risks associated with internet-based services.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Rajasthan, India.

20. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
