Promage does not collect sensitive personal information (such as national ID numbers, financial data, or biometric data).

We may collect and store the following types of information:

Account Information

When you sign in with Google or email & password via Firebase Authentication, we may receive:

Your email address

Your display name and profile photo (from Google, if available)

A unique user ID created by Firebase

This information is used only to create and manage your account inside the app.

App Usage & Favorites

Through Firebase Firestore, we may store:

Your favorite prompts

Your premium status (isPremium, subscription dates and plan ID)

Technical data needed to make the app work (timestamps, internal IDs, etc.)

Analytics & Crash Data

Promage uses Firebase Analytics and related Firebase services to collect:

Device information (device model, OS version, language)

Anonymous usage data (which screens are opened, basic interactions)

Crash and performance data

This helps us improve stability and user experience. Data is collected in an aggregated, non-personal way.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Promage shows rewarded ads via Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for free users.

AdMob may collect:

Device identifiers (such as Advertising ID)

IP address

Approximate location (e.g., country)

Ad performance data (impressions, clicks, etc.)

This information is used by Google to show and improve ads.

(Important: Free users cannot access premium-only prompts without a subscription.

Free users can copy free prompts and some prompts after watching a rewarded ad.)

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Analytics) and Google AdMob’s systems.

We rely on Firebase’s security features and HTTPS encryption to protect your data.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

If you would like your account and associated data to be permanently deleted, you can send an email to:

Please include the email address you used to sign in.

We will process your request within 24–72 hours, where technically possible.


Children’s Privacy

Promage is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.


Third-Party Services

Promage uses the following third-party services:

Firebase Authentication – user login (Google / email & password)

Firebase Firestore – storing prompts, favorites, premium status

Firebase Analytics & Crash services – usage statistics and crash reports
