The Republic of Moldova is a small European country known for its rich culture, warm people, and strong traditions. It is appreciated for its beautiful countryside, traditional villages, and well-preserved customs that are passed down through generations. Moldovans value family, hospitality, and community, and this is reflected in their celebrations, traditional food, music, dance, and handmade crafts.
Our team is made up of six girls and two boys, and we enjoy working together because each of us brings something unique to the group. We support one another, share ideas openly, and make sure everyone feels included. Working as a team motivates us, helps us solve problems more easily, and makes every project more enjoyable.

The Digital Generation:
Learning to Lead Online

Our team tried to express what leadership means to each of us by creating a video using editing apps.
October was a month full of interesting activities, such as writing a letter to a leader and creating an eco-camp report.
In November, we had the chance to work together as a team on diverse projects, such as creating an e-magazine about leadership.
In this activity, each participant writes a thoughtful letter addressed to future leaders, sharing ideas, values, and advice for creating positive change. The aim is to encourage reflection on responsible leadership, inspire visionary thinking, and highlight the qualities we believe tomorrow’s leaders should have.
As a team, we worked together to create an Eco-Camp report where we reflected on our shared experiences, the environmental activities we took part in, and the lessons we learned about nature protection. By collaborating on the report, we strengthened our teamwork skills and highlighted practical ways we can contribute to a more sustainable community.
E-magazine:
Learners today,
Leaders tomorrow
Together with our team and other groups, we collaborated to create an e-magazine focused on the theme “Learners Today, Leaders Tomorrow.” We combined our ideas, writing, and creativity to showcase how learning, responsibility, and teamwork help shape future leaders.
