For the first time introduced into the scientific circle the concept of methodical system of teaching astronomy, which is based on the following components:
the paradigmatic position on the unity of science and education, the development of modern pedagogical technologies, the principles of personality-oriented learning and provides opportunities for the formation of key and special-subject competences of the future teacher of astronomy [2, p. 7];
the essence and procedure of applying the system-synergistic approach as a methodological concept of constructing a methodological system of teaching astronomy, which is the result of an integrated integration of competence, activity and personality-oriented approaches, which at the procedural level is determined by the design of educational environment models [3, p. 65];
methodical approaches to the organization of educational activities that correspond to the organizational and pedagogical conditions of the functioning of the methodical system of teaching astronomy of the future teacher of astronomy on the basis of a combination of mono- and polyproject concepts: the application of traditional and the introduction of interactive educational technologies in the process of fundamental and methodological training of future teachers of astronomy; realization of the task-oriented approach in the construction and implementation of the methodical system of teaching astronomy; use of up-to-date information and communication technologies in the training of the future teacher of astronomy; provision of professional-practical orientation of the research work of the future teacher of astronomy; a combination of real and virtual experiment based on astronomical observations; the implementation of a holistic methodical system of teaching astronomy by means of an integrated functional and sectoral approach to forecasting and constructing models of pedagogical science-science, including astronomical education [2, p. 6].

1. Annotation on the scientific research
The thesis proposes a new concept of methodical system of teaching astronomy at pedagogical universities which is based on the principles of continuity and prospects in the construction of methodical systems of teaching astronomy at secondary school and higher pedagogical institutions with the leading role of the first one.
Based on semantic (theoretical) generalizations of operational and procedural components of modern educational technologies the new mechanisms and processes of integration and differentiation of astronomical education content at general and higher schools have been suggested. The research has found the substance and procedure of systematic and synergetic approach application.
It is treated as a methodological concept of building methodical system of teaching astronomy as a result of combining psychodidactic, person-centered and competency-based approaches and is determined by the construction of educational environment models on the procedural level.
It has been proved experimentally that the methodical system of teaching astronomy at pedagogical universities ensures the functioning of all components of the educational process, can intensify the study of professional disciplines aimed at individual development, creates conditions for mastering system of knowledge and skills more effectively, develops creativity of the future astronomy teacher, promotes formation of professional and personal qualities.
2. Information on the components of the scientific work that can be implemented in the educational process in order to make modernization changes.
A methodology for the formation of astronomical concepts at lecture and laboratory practical classes and in non-auditing work, in particular in the conditions of functioning of the Regional (basic) educational and educational center of astronomical education of student youth [3, p. 306].
The program of the optional course "Propedeutics of Astronomical Knowledge" and its didactical content (for students of elementary school teachers).
The program of an optional course "Methods and means of astrophysical research" and its didactical content (for students of physical and mathematical profile).
Diagnostic and experimental toolkit for determining the level of formation of key and special-subject competences of future teachers of astronomy, as well as monitoring of youth astronomy [4, p. 69].
