Project Ability, Inc. is a comprehensive Behavior Supports Organization founded and operated by Amy Howlett.
Amy Howlett has twenty years of clinical experience in a variety of social service fields. Through her vast experience in the behavioral health field combined with her personal passion for advocacy for adults with disabilities, Amy has developed a reputation as an in-demand Behavior Specialist. She serves as both a Behavior Specialist and Director.

At Project Ability, we provide Behavior Support Services for adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, Behavioral Health Diagnoses and Autism Spectrum Disorders throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding counties.
Our Behavior Support Specialists deliver clinical services to individuals in their homes as well as in the community. Additionally, we support the individual in employment and day programs.
