App Description:
ProgressFit is a workout tracker app for logging workout metrics. ProgressFit also provides an intuitive way to record workout metrics and has the ability to show users their comprehensive history of their workout progression over time. The app keeps track of the user’s personal bests and gives the user the ability to get regularly scheduled reminders to stay consistent for their workout goals.
Functionality:
The main functionality of this app is to offer users an opportunity to track workouts in an effective manner to better compare your consistency and progress in the gym. Often, people tend to do the same workouts over and over again, which results in a level of familiarity and complacency that slows the gains that one can expect to achieve. This is critical as it will not only motivate users by just viewing their natural progression over time, and will guide them towards consistently breaking new ground.
