I received my MS in Computer Science from POSTECH and PhD degree from Kangwon National University in 2020. I worked as Post Doc at POSTECH between 2020 to 2022. I have also served in the post of Assistant Professor in the Computer Science Department at Daegu Catholic University between 2011 and 2019. Before my journey in academia, I worked in multinational software companies in India between 2004 and 2007. My area of interest includes network management, Artificial Intelligence, and streaming.
In GIST my main role is teaching major and elective courses. From time to time, there exists some opportunity for experiments. I am open for being a co-supervise in undergrad/MS/PhD thesis.

Project 1: Home Cloud System
The Home Cloud concept began after realizing typical home routers lack basic functionality that's available on Linux, such as access control features, awareness of what's on the network and bandwidth consumption of each device on network. Project 2 : AI for Network Management
AI can be used in service deployment, scaling, migration and optimization scenarios. Through a series of work in this direction, I realize the potential of Reinforcement Learning in the field of Network Management.
