I have taught in various capacities since 2009. My experiences and training in culturally responsive pedagogy reflect a wide range of my community, critical, creative work and interests based in social justice and an equitable, inclusive education. In education, I have served as an adjunct instructor, tutor, after-school instructor, graduate student instructor, creative writing teacher, mentor, learning community program coordinator, student organization advisor, and full-time instructor.
