# Privacy Policy for Profile Cut Plan

Profile Cut Plan (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a profile cutting and material optimization calculator for Android. This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled when you use the App.
## 1. Summary
Profile Cut Plan is designed to work mainly on your device. The App lets you enter stock profile length, saw kerf, damaged/unusable start and end lengths, part lengths, quantities, and optional project names to calculate cutting layouts.
We do not require an account. We do not operate a user login system. We do not run our own backend server for your projects. We do not sell your personal information.
The App contains ads served through Google AdMob. Google’s advertising SDKs may collect and process certain data as described in the “Advertising and third-party services” section below.
## 2. Data you enter into the App
You may enter cutting-related information such as:
- stock/profile length;
- saw kerf;
- damaged or unusable start/end lengths;
- part lengths and quantities;
- project names;
- saved project data;
- generated cutting results.
This information is used to calculate and display cutting plans, save/load projects locally, and generate exports such as PDF, print, or share outputs when you choose to use those actions.
### Local project storage
Saved projects are stored locally on your device in the App’s private storage. We do not receive, upload, or remotely access your saved project files.
You can delete saved projects from inside the App where that feature is available, or you can remove all local App data by clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling the App from your Android device.
### Project names and sensitive information
Project names are entered by you. You should not put sensitive personal information into project names or cutting notes. The App is intended for workshop/material planning, not for storing personal or confidential records.
## 3. Files, PDF, print, and share actions
The App may generate cutting reports, PDF files, print jobs, or shareable outputs when you choose those actions.
These outputs are created from the cutting data you entered. When you save, print, or share a report, the destination and recipient are controlled by you through Android system features or other apps installed on your device.
We do not automatically upload your reports or PDFs to our own servers.
## 4. Data we collect directly
In the current implementation, we do not directly collect personal information from you through an account, registration form, contact form, cloud sync service, or developer-operated backend.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, camera data, or precise location through the App.
## 5. Advertising and third-party services
Profile Cut Plan uses Google AdMob to show ads. The current ad experience uses banner ads.
The App may also use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to show consent or privacy messages where required and to help manage advertising privacy choices.
Google Mobile Ads SDK and related Google services may automatically collect and process data such as:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
- app interactions, such as app launches, taps, and ad interactions;
- diagnostic information related to the performance of the App and the advertising SDK;
- device identifiers, including Android advertising ID where available and permitted, App Set ID, and related identifiers.
Google may use this data for purposes such as ad serving, advertising measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance.
Depending on your region and your consent choices, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or served using other legally available ad delivery modes.

## 6. Consent and privacy choices
Where required by law or platform policy, the App may show a consent form or privacy options screen through Google’s UMP SDK.
You may be able to manage or withdraw advertising consent choices through the privacy options entry point in the App, if available for your region and consent status.
You can also manage advertising-related settings at the operating system level, including resetting or deleting your Android advertising ID where supported by your device.
## 7. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share or allow processing of data in these limited cases:
1. **Advertising services:** Google AdMob and related Google SDKs may collect and process data as described above.
2. **User-initiated sharing:** If you choose to share a PDF, report, or other output, the data is shared with the app, service, or recipient you select.
3. **Legal requirements:** We may disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
## 8. Data retention
Cutting inputs and saved projects remain on your device until you delete them, clear the App’s data, or uninstall the App.
Generated files such as PDFs remain wherever you choose to save or share them.
Advertising-related data processed by Google is retained according to Google’s own policies and the settings applicable to Google’s advertising services.
## 9. Security
The App uses Android’s standard application storage mechanisms for local saved projects.
Data processed by Google Mobile Ads SDK is transmitted according to Google’s SDK and platform security practices. Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. You should avoid entering sensitive personal information into project names or exported reports.
## 10. Children’s privacy
Profile Cut Plan is not designed for children and is not directed to children under the age of 13 or the equivalent minimum age in the user’s jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our own systems. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App in a way that we can access, please contact us at info@ironaria.com.
Because the App uses advertising services, age-related ad and consent settings must remain configured in Google Play, AdMob, and the App implementation according to the App’s actual target audience and applicable laws.
## 11. International data processing
Advertising and service-provider data may be processed by Google and its service providers in countries outside your country of residence. Such processing is governed by Google’s applicable privacy, security, and data transfer terms.
## 12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s features, third-party services, advertising behavior, data practices, or legal requirements change.
The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when this Privacy Policy was last revised.
