Profile Cut Planner (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is an Android application for profile cutting optimization, material planning, stock management, project management, and cutting-plan generation.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

1. Summary

Profile Cut Planner is designed to perform its core cutting calculations, project management, and stock management primarily on your device.

The App allows you to enter information such as profile or stock lengths, saw kerf, damaged or unusable start and end lengths, required part lengths, quantities, project names, and stock information in order to calculate optimized cutting layouts.

We do not require you to create an account.

We do not operate a user login system.

We do not operate our own cloud synchronization service or developer-controlled backend for storing your cutting projects or stock inventory.

We do not sell your personal information.

The free version of the App may display advertisements through Google AdMob. The App may use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising consent and privacy choices where required.

The App also offers a one-time Pro purchase through Google Play Billing. Pro may unlock additional functionality, including expanded project-saving capabilities, stock-management features, and removal of advertising.

2. Data You Enter Into the App

You may enter cutting and material-related information including:

This information is used to calculate and display cutting plans, manage stock, save and reopen projects, and generate outputs such as PDF reports, print jobs, shared documents, or stock-data files when you choose to use those features.

Local Project and Stock Storage

Saved projects, stock information, and related cutting data are stored locally on your device using the App's local storage mechanisms.

We do not automatically upload this information to an IronAria server.

We do not remotely access your locally stored projects or stock data.

You can remove locally stored information using deletion features available in the App.

You can also remove all locally stored App data by clearing the App's storage through Android settings or by uninstalling the App.

Project Names, Notes, and Sensitive Information

Project names, notes, stock descriptions, and similar text fields are entered by you.

Profile Cut Planner is intended for cutting, workshop, production, and material planning.

You should not use project names, notes, stock descriptions, or other App fields to store passwords, financial information, health information, personal identification numbers, payment information, confidential credentials, or other sensitive personal information.

3. Files, CSV, PDF, Printing, and Sharing

The App can generate, import, export, save, print, or share certain files when you choose to use these features.

PDF Reports

The App can generate cutting reports as PDF files.

These reports may contain information derived from the cutting, project, and material data you entered.

When you save, print, or share a PDF report, the destination, application, service, or recipient is selected by you through Android system features or other applications installed on your device.

We do not automatically upload generated PDF reports to our own servers.

Stock CSV Import and Export

Where available, the App may allow you to import and export stock inventory information using CSV files.

An exported CSV file may contain stock-related information that you entered into the App, such as lengths, quantities, notes, damaged or unusable end allowances, or other supported stock fields.

When importing a CSV file, you choose the file using Android's file-selection mechanisms.

When exporting stock data, you choose where the resulting file is saved using Android's file-handling mechanisms.

CSV import and export are intended for local data management, backup, restore, or transfer initiated by you.

We do not automatically upload imported or exported stock CSV files to an IronAria server.

Third-Party Applications and Services

Once you send, save, open, print, or share information using another application or service, that third party's privacy practices may apply to the information you provide to it.

IronAria does not control how third-party applications or services handle files after you choose to provide those files to them.

4. Data We Collect Directly

In the current implementation, IronAria does not directly collect personal information through:

We do not receive or store your full credit card number, debit card number, bank account details, or other payment credentials used to complete the purchase.

6. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The free version of Profile Cut Planner may use Google AdMob to display advertisements.

Users who purchase the applicable Pro product may have advertising removed according to the features associated with that purchase.

The App may also use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to display consent or privacy messages where required and to help manage advertising privacy choices.

7. Consent and Privacy Choices

Where required by applicable law or platform policy, Profile Cut Planner may display a consent form or privacy-options interface using Google's User Messaging Platform.

You may also be able to manage advertising-related settings through Android, including resetting or deleting the Android advertising ID where supported by your device and operating system version.

User-Initiated File Sharing

If you choose to share a PDF, cutting report, CSV file, or another generated output, information contained in that file is provided to the application, service, location, or recipient that you select.

User-Initiated File Import

If you choose to import a supported file such as a stock CSV file, the App accesses the file you select for the purpose of processing the requested import.

The App does not automatically search unrelated files on your device for import.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information available to us where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, court order, or enforceable governmental request.

Because locally stored cutting projects, stock information, and related App data are not normally transmitted to us, we generally do not possess those records.

9. Data Retention

Cutting inputs, saved projects, stock information, and related locally stored App data remain on your device until you:

Generated files such as PDF reports or exported CSV files remain in the location where you choose to save them until you delete them using your device, file manager, cloud-storage provider, or another application managing those files.

Imported files remain under the control of the location or application from which you selected them. Importing a file does not cause IronAria to retain a remote copy of that file.

Purchase-related information processed by Google Play is retained according to Google's applicable policies and legal obligations.

Advertising-related information processed by Google is retained according to Google's applicable advertising, privacy, and data-retention policies.

10. Security

Profile Cut Planner uses Android's application storage mechanisms for locally stored project and stock information.

Files that you explicitly save or export outside the App's private storage may be subject to the security and access controls of the destination selected by you.

Data processed by third-party Google SDKs is handled according to Google's applicable SDK and platform security practices.

Google states that data automatically collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.

No electronic storage, software system, or method of data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Profile Cut Planner is a technical productivity and material-planning application and is not designed for or directed primarily toward children.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 or the equivalent minimum age applicable in the user's jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our own account, backend, or registration systems because the App does not operate such systems.

Such processing is governed by the applicable privacy, security, contractual, and international data-transfer terms of those service providers.

Your locally stored cutting projects, stock records, and similar App data are not automatically transferred internationally by IronAria because we do not operate a cloud synchronization or developer-hosted project-storage service for the App.

Files that you intentionally share, upload, save to cloud storage, or otherwise provide to third-party services may be processed internationally according to the privacy practices of the service you select.
