About me

• I am (Full) Professor in Corporate Finance & Banking at the Faculty of Law & Business, University of Strasbourg, Professor in Finance at EM Strasbourg Business School, and Researcher at LaRGE Research Center

• My research explores the intersection of financial intermediation, corporate finance, and emerging markets, with particular emphasis on empirical methods applied to large financial datasets

• I have published 50 papers in leading peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Business Finance and Accounting, Journal of Financial Services Research, and Financial Management

• Academic leadership: 

  1. • Chief editor of Finance (French Finance Association Review)

     • Deputy head of the Augustin Cournot Doctoral School

     • Co-head of Master in Compliance, Legal Audit, and Risk Management

• International experience: visiting Professor at the University of Szczecin and visiting Researcher at the BOFIT, Bank of Finland

• I have worked on research projects funded by the National Science Centre (Poland) and Polish National Bank

• I teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Finance, emphasizing both theoretical frameworks and practical applications
