These terms of use apply to the use of the app Produkt Barcode Scanner KI (hereinafter the “App”), provided by Along AI LLC-FZ.

The App provides information about food products based on official data sources (BLS, BfR, EFSA). The information provided is for general informational purposes only and does not replace medical or nutritional advice.

The App offers paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are processed via Apple In‑App Purchase. The terms and conditions of Apple apply: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/de/terms.html

Subscriptions renew automatically unless they are cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation is carried out via the Apple ID settings on your device.

The information in the App is based on official data sources and is updated regularly. However, we do not assume any guarantee for the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the information provided. The App does not replace professional medical, nutritional, or allergological advice. In case of health-related questions, especially regarding allergies and intolerances, please consult a doctor.

All content of the App – including design, texts, data processing, and AI analyses – is the property of Along AI LLC-FZ and is protected by copyright.

We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time. The current version is available in the App.

The law of the United Arab Emirates applies, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations of the user’s country of residence conflict with this.
