Productivity Penalties is an offline productivity app that helps users track personal accountability rules, task completions, misses, and penalty points.

Data We Collect
We do not collect personal data on our servers.
All app data is stored only on your device using local storage (AsyncStorage), including:

• Accountability rules and settings

• Completion and missed records

• Notes you write

• Favorites, streaks, and statistics preferences

• Dark mode preference

Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

Optional features you choose to use:

• Share / Export: If you export history as CSV or share statistics, the content you choose to share leaves the device through your phone’s share sheet (for example email or messaging apps you select). We do not receive that content.

Permissions
The app does not require camera, location, contacts, microphone, or similar sensitive permissions for core features.

Children’s Privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13. Do not use the app if you are under 13.

Data Retention & Deletion
Data stays on your device until you delete rules, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes locally stored data.

Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
