d) Here, two options will be given – “Office one-time purchase” & “individual office application” – out of which you have to select one. Thereafter, you have to choose the option “Install Office” to get access to view your product key.
e) When the product key pops up in the window, select the “install office” option to install Microsoft Office.
f) A page entitled “Hi. Let’s Get your Office” will pop up. To associate your product key with your Microsoft account and start the installation process, the given instructions should be followed.
Microsoft HUP applies only to Office Professional Plus, Visio Professional, or Project Professional. So, if you have purchased Microsoft Office through Microsoft HUP then you will need to follow the steps given below:
a) While installing Office Professional Plus, Project Professional, or Visio Professional by using the employer’s Microsoft HUP benefit that you have purchased, you will be required to enter your product key after the installation has been completed.
b) Open any Microsoft Office application that you have. A sign up / set up option will appear on your screen. You have to choose the option of “ I do not want to sign in or create an account”, which will be present at the bottom of the screen.
c) After this you will be asked to type in your Microsoft HUP product key to activate Microsoft Office. In case you do not have your key, then select the “get your HUP product key” option to retrieve it.
a) Open the link https://www.microsoft.com/softwaredownload/office & wait for the tab to open
b) A window will appear on your screen asking you to enter your Microsoft Office product key. After entering your product key select “verify”
c) Further instructions will be given to you automatically, which you will have to follow to finish the process.
Could not find your product key?
Firstly, you will have to look for a screen which will display the option of “Let’s Get Started”. There might also be other options like options to buy, try or activate Microsoft Office present.
This screen option represents that the Microsoft Office program installed on your PC is there only for a 1 month trial of the Microsoft Office 365 Home. This implies that you will not receive any product key for your Microsoft Office unless you have purchased a Microsoft Office Product Key card.
