Prizm Games - Chris Hoffmann (referred to as “us”, “we”) operates the Realm Stories mobile application (referred to as the “Service”).

To this Privacy Policy, we are a Data Controller of your Personal Data.

Personal Data

When you install our games, we collect the date, time and source of your download along with your country code. When you play our game for the first time we automatically generate a user ID. We don't collect any other personal data such as your name, email address, or date of birth unless you voluntarily provide this information to us.

Our game allows you to enter a name (your "player name"). We store and share this in-game name with Unity Analytics. We recommend you choose a player name that is different from your real name.

Minors

According to our Terms of Use, you must have reached a certain age depending on your place of residence to use our games and services.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age limits mentioned below or under the age of 16 for individuals residing in California. Additionally, we do not target these individuals with interest-based advertising or knowingly allow them to use our games and services.

Unity

Our Service is built using the Unity game engine (referred to as the “Engine”) which is operated by Unity Technologies, 30 3rd Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, United States.

The Engine uses libraries that come from Unity Technologies or third parties. The Engine may collect data such as device type, country, device language, in-game behavior, purchases, crash reports, IP address, Google Play advertising ID, Apple User ID, Device ID and UDID – unique device identifiers.

As a provider, we do not have access to individual IP addresses or device numbers, we only have access to aggregate data from the Google Play Service and/or the Apple Play Store.

Advertisements

The application uses displays banner and video advertisements during gameplay. 

We and our advertising partners collect and use information about you to improve advertising, targeting and measurement systems so that we can show you relevant third party ads in our app.

We collect data such as the advertisement viewed, the number of times it was watched, its location within the Services, and your device identifier. We also track your interactions with the advertisement.

We may combine this data with information from our partners when you use our Services. Additionally, we may integrate this data with demographic, advertising, and market research or other analytical surveys.

We use all the collected data to provide you with personalized advertisements, products, services, or content through our services or those of our partners.

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

Our Service contain links to other websites that are not operated by us (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). If you click a link you will be directed to that third party’s website. Purchases

We do not store or have access to any Credit Card or sensitive payment information. All the purchases are being processed through the Google Play Store’s / Apple App Store In-App Payments Portals.
