Introduction
Aldixz is a booking platform that connects users with media service providers
(photographers etc.). This Privacy Policy explains how
we collect, use, and share your information.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Physical address (city, street)
- Profile photo (optional)
- A unique User ID created via Supabase Authentication
Service Provider Information (for users who register as providers)
If you register as a service provider, we additionally collect:
- A personal photo
- A photo of a government-issued identity document (for identity verification)
- Date of birth and gender (to match you with relevant services)
- Professional portfolio links and social media links
- Equipment and service details
Location
- When you book a service, with your permission we use your device's GPS to
determine your current location and help you select your address. You can also
manually enter or adjust your location (city, street). This location is shared
with the selected service provider to help them reach your event.
- If you are a service provider, while you are online/available the app updates
your current location periodically so that nearby booking requests can be
routed to you. You can stop this at any time by going offline or disabling
location permission in your device settings.
Advertising and App Tracking (Meta)
We use the Meta (Facebook) App Events SDK to measure the performance of our own
advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
- On iOS, the app will ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking
Transparency prompt. If you allow tracking, we collect your device's
advertising identifier (IDFA) and share app activity events (such as app
installs and app opens) with Meta for advertising attribution and measurement.
- If you decline, we do not access your advertising identifier and this data is
not shared for advertising purposes.
- You can change this choice at any time in your device settings
(Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking).
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Facilitate bookings between you and service providers
- Verify the identity of service providers
- Send booking confirmations and notifications
- Measure the effectiveness of our advertising (see "Advertising and App Tracking")
- Improve the app and fix technical issues
Data Sharing
Supabase
Aldixz uses Supabase as its backend for authentication, database storage, and

Firebase (Google)
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging only to deliver push notifications to your

Meta Platforms
With your consent (via App Tracking Transparency on iOS), we share your
advertising identifier and app activity events with Meta for advertising

Google Maps / Places
When you view a map or search for an address, your location coordinates are sent
to Google Maps/Places to render the map and provide address suggestions.

Service Providers
When you book a service, we share your contact information and location with the
selected service provider.
No Sale of Data
We do NOT sell your personal information. Sharing data with Meta for advertising
measurement, as described above, is not a sale of personal information.
Push Notifications
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send:
- Booking confirmations
- Messages from service providers
- Important updates
You can disable notifications in your device settings.
Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/SSL. Passwords are securely stored
and hashed by Supabase Authentication.
Your Rights
You can:
- Request access to your data
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Withdraw advertising-tracking consent at any time (device settings)
- Disable notifications

Account Deletion
To delete your account, go to your Profile menu in the app and tap
"Delete Account". This will permanently remove all your data including
appointments, sales records, and notifications.
