This data is collected directly from you when you press the "Generate Design" button.
* **Device and Usage Data:** We may collect non-identifiable, anonymous telemetry data (such as app crash logs or device OS version) to ensure the app functions correctly.
**We do NOT collect:** Your name, personal photos, contacts, location, or any personally identifiable information (PII). The app operates without requiring user accounts or logins.

To generate high-quality designs, our app utilizes third-party Artificial Intelligence services. We do not sell your data. We only transmit your text prompts to the following specific third-party service providers:
* **OpenAI (OpenAI, LLC):** Your original text prompt is sent to OpenAI's API exclusively to enhance and structure the text for better image generation results.
* **Replicate / Black Forest Labs:** The enhanced text prompt is then securely transmitted to Replicate (hosting Black Forest Labs models) exclusively to render the final visual image.
* **Supabase:** We use Supabase as a secure backend proxy to safely route your text prompts from the app to OpenAI and Replicate without exposing API keys.
**What is shared:** Only the specific text prompt you typed and the AI-enhanced version of that text.
**What is NOT shared:** We do not share device IDs, IP addresses, or any personal identifiers with these AI providers.

## 4. THIRD-PARTY DATA PROTECTION GUARANTEE
We require and confirm that all third-party AI services and backend providers we share your data with (OpenAI, Replicate, Black Forest Labs, and Supabase) provide the **same or equal protection** of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy.
* These providers are legally bound to use the transmitted text prompts solely for the purpose of fulfilling the API request (generating the text/image).
* They do not use your prompts to train their public foundation AI models.
* They employ industry-standard encryption (such as HTTPS/TLS) during data transmission.
