Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for Star Blaster

This Privacy Policy and Terms of Service ("Policy") apply to the Star Blaster mobile application (the "Application") created by the Service Provider. This Policy covers both data handling practices and the terms for in-app purchases.
1. Information Collection and Use
The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These include Google Play Services, which are necessary for handling in-game purchases and game progress. We do not collect or store any personal financial information on our servers; all transactions are processed securely by Google.
2. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency
The Application offers virtual items ("Crystals") for purchase.
Consumable Status: Crystals are "consumable" virtual goods. They are credited to your game balance immediately upon confirmation of payment by Google Play.
No Real Value: Virtual currency is for entertainment purposes only, has no real-world monetary value, and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
3. Refund Policy (Terms of Use)
Finality: All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable once the virtual currency has been credited to your account.
Accidental Purchases: To prevent unauthorized or accidental purchases, especially by children, we strongly recommend that users enable authentication (password/biometrics) for every purchase in the Google Play Store settings.
4. Children’s Privacy
We care about the safety of children. While the Application is designed for a general audience, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information or made a purchase without parental permission, we will take steps to delete such information and/or contact Google for assistance.
5. Third-Party Access
We only share anonymized data with third-party service providers (such as Google Play) to facilitate in-game transactions and improve game performance. We do not sell your data to third parties.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Automatically collected data is retained as long as you use the Application. You can request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at fisen1003@gmail.com.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Policy on this page.
