We cannot complete your documents unless we have all the information. When requesting a service there will be an Interview Form to complete which includes sections like employment details, dates of employment, education, and volunteer sections. Please be as detailed and specific as possible. The more specific you are with the information provided, the more specific we can be in compiling effective job search tools for you. Your privacy matters to us and we protect our data as described in our Privacy Policy. If for any reason you have forgotten something or would like to add something, please feel free to contact us directly with the additional information. For your convenience, we will hold on to your personal information for one year for additional revisions. Additional data security measures may apply such as password protection.
You may complete the Interview Form online, by booking a virtual interview, or by phone.
You may also contact us anytime through email if you prefer to use email to communicate, upload documents, or provide additional information.
Completing an Interview Form
When you have selected a product, you will be directed to complete an Interview Form so that we may collect the details necessary to complete the work. Once you submit the Interview Form to us, we have received your request, you should expect to hear back from us in 1-3 business days with preliminary documents along with an estimate.
Three Ways to Submit an Interview Form
Online - Select the Interview Form that you wish complete online. We use a third party - Google Forms - to help record your answers.
Virtual Interview - Select this option if you prefer to meet and go through the information together.
Phone Interview - For ease and convenience, telephone interviews where we collect your information over the phone.
We offer express services at an additional fee of $15.00. If you need a resume within 24 hours or require an application package with cover letter for a particular job application we are here to help you get your documents in on time. You may select from the various express services we have available to have your documents fast tracked. You can also contact us at any time if you are in a hurry.
Payment for Services
We currently have two methods of collecting payments: you can send us an email money transfer or through our third-party payment processer, PayPal. You will be able to pay your invoice with debit/credit card and you do not require a PayPal account to pay your invoice. PayPal currently accepts payments with most credit / debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Prepaid Products
Once you submit an interview form online, virtually, or in person, you will receive an invoice by email directing you to make payment using our third-party processor, PayPal. Follow the steps provided to complete payment for services.
Prepaid Products
Some of our instant resume services can be purchased upfront. In that case, upon completion of checkout you will be directed provide an email address for delivery of digital products. If you would like to purchase templates using email money transfer, please contact us so that we can help you.
