To send information to include in a document I accept PNG, MP4, MP3 (if you want to send me a voice note), JPEG, and JPG. However for resume reviewing services including updating resumes I require a document type format which would include DOCX, PDF, ODT, or notepad application. If you do not have a document type format for your resume, I cannot update it to include new details. In this case, you would have to request a "new" resume and upload an image of your old resume so that I may copy the design.

Yes you can! ChatGPT will give you a basic template outline for a resume and that resume will be basic, and sometimes actually includes grammatical errors like run on sentences, so even though AI is capable of preparing a document for you, the content, the personality and style of that document, and the correctness of the document are not guaranteed.
Some people say that since recruiters are using AI to filter resumes, should I not use AI to make my resume? Fight AI using AI! In theory, no. When AI is filtering a resume for a recruiter to look at, it is looking for specific details like how long you have held a particular role in the past. When you use AI to create a document, it is documenting your past roles, but its not helping you determine how long you worked there for.
In short YES AI and ChatGPT are useful tools in developing preliminary documents but that does not guarantee those documents are free of errors.
There is a mix of payment options. There is the pay before option for those who are requesting industry specific information. For example there may be an option to "Add to Cart" a Resume Template for a Receptionist (Industry specific). Updating your personal job details on your personal resume is not considered industry specific information. Personal resume updates and reviews require you to submit a service request and upload a copy of your current resume, and a voice note on what details you want us to add to your current resume. Once we receive the request, we will review the details, respond with any additional requests, provide you with a preliminary insight, and provide you with a service estimate. You can expect to hear back from us in 1-3 business days. You will have 30 days to pay the estimate.
There are three ways to pay:
Email money transfer. you may send an email money transfer directly from your bank account to: privatewritingservice@gmail.com. You will still have to wait until you have received an estimate that includes a breakdown of services before sending us your email money transfer.
Email Invoice: Submit a service request to receive an invoice, with the option to pay through your debit/credit card using Paypal. You do not need to have an account with Paypal to complete the transaction. You may also pay through your Paypal account if you prefer.
"Add to Cart" Products will take you to a checkout page and immediately after processing payment you will be directed to upload documents or send us additional information (like your email address to receive your documents, or images) that we may request in order to fulfill the service agreement. Pay using your debit/credit card or PayPal account.
Your documents will be made available to you within 5 business days of service payment for invoiced products. For 'Add to Cart' products you should expect to receive your documents and a response within 1-3 business days. If we expect to take any longer than this we will always inform you of this change.
That is a very good question. There may be times when we may be unable to fulfill the content of a service request. An example of when we may be unable to fulfill the service request is when you are requesting a picture document be text edited for content. That would involve a new process of document creation. In those such cases we will respond to your service request, inform you of our inability to fulfill your request, a reason why we are unable to fulfill your request, and any possible alternatives we may have to offer you. We will not send you an invoice or estimate with our response. We will only include an invoice /estimate in our response if we are able to fulfill your service request.
Yes absolutely! There are different standards of practice that vary depending on region. For example, in Ontario majority of individuals use a chronological resume style. Although there are functional and combination resumes, HR professionals in this region are most familiar with chronological resumes. When all applicants send in the same style of resumes, it is easier for an HR professional to compare resumes. It is not as easy to compare skill and ability between a chronological resume and a functional resume.
Resume formats can also vary from country to country. For example, placing a photo on a resume is taboo in North America but is common practice in places like Dubai, Turkey, and Germany. This is just another reason to hire a professional today to look at your resume!
It is important to have your resume in the right format for the right region - and so special care and attention should be paid to the geographical location of the resume service you use.
