1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

'Nines' is processing personal information for the following purposes and does not use for purposes other than the following purposes.

- User analysis

2. The rights, duties and methods of the information entity

Users may claim the following rights, as a personal information subject.

① Information subject can claims the privacy rights, related to 'Nines'(Hovauno) at any time in the following paragraphs.

2) If there is an error, request correction

3) Deletion request

4) Processing stop request

We do not collect any information at all, and users are able to delete their owned app.

3. Creating a content of personal information

'Nines'(Hovauno) handles the following personal information items.

1) Android Ads ID

2) User Location Information

3) User App Information

4) User Wi-Fi MAC

It is used for in-app advertising, included user analysis, and user information is anonymously processed.

4. Destruction of personal information

'Nines'(Hovauno) will principally destroy user’s personal information without postponement when the purpose of processing the personal information is accomplished. The procedures, deadlines and methods of destruction are as follows.

-App relevance collects and sends Android Advertising IDs for in-app advertising and user analysis purposes

-App relevance collects and transmits user’s location information for in-app advertising and user analysis purposes

- App relevance collects and transmits user’s app information for app and user analysis in apps.

App relevance do not use those authorities once it’s deleted.

5. Ensuring of the security personal information measures

'Nines'(Hovauno), pursuant to Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, has the following technical, administrative and physical measures to ensure safety

1) Establishment and enforcement of internal management plan

We have established and implemented an internal management plan for the safe handling of personal information.

2) Personal Information Access Restriction

We take necessary measures to control access to personal information through granting, modifying, and deleting access rights to the database system, which handles personal information. We also control unauthorized access from outside by using an intrusion prevention system.

3) Access control to unauthorized persons

We have set up a separate physical storage area for personal information and set up access control procedures.

①'Nines'(Hovauno) is responsible for the handling of personal information and has designated the person responsible for personal information protection as follows for the complaint handling and damage relief of the information, related to the processing of personal information.

7. Personal Privacy Policy Changes

1) This personal information process policies will be applied from the effective date, and if there are additions, deletions and corrections of the changes, according to laws and policies, we will notify through announcements in 7 days before the change.
